Some orders can take 2-4 business days for printing production and processing. If you pay for expedited shipping, this does NOT expedite the processing time for your order. Once your order has been packaged for shipping, you will receive a notification with corresponding tracking number. Once an order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, it will take an additional 1-7 days for transit / delivery, depending on your location and the type of shipping method you selected.
This company is so awesome!! I had got the wrong shirt sent to me. The corrected the error with lightening speed. The quality of their product is on a total different level than something you'd find on amazon or Etsy. Don't think twice. Just say yes and pull the trigger b/c you won't be upset with what you get. The customer service, the shipping. Ugh, just all around A+++ in my book!!

I bought the Ain't No Mountain High Enough t-shirt for my entire family. It's a special song to us. The shirts are soft and of great quality. I called Rivet to make a change to my order and their customer service was so fantastic - the rep I spoke with was kind, and very helpful with my needs. That's actually mostly why I'm here writing this review - I was really impressed the the good ol' fashioned customer service that you just don't see much anymore! Thank you!
